18 Kitchen Gadgets That Make Great Graduation Gifts

If you’re looking for something to gift the recent grad in your life, you can never go wrong with kitchen stuff. Even if they’re not big on cooking, odds are they’re in desperate need of at least a few appliances and gadgets.

Think about it: Most of them spent the last four years cooped up in a dorm room with little to no kitchen access. Aside from the microwave and mug that they might have (and that they probably made all their meals in), they probably have nothing else to cook with or even eat off of. Sure, that wasn’t a big deal when they we’re still students and could hit up the campus cafeteria whenever. But now they’re all grown up and graduated, and soon enough they’ll have a place of their own with a kitchen that needs filling.

That’s where you come in. These 18 gifts range from super cheap and essential (think measuring spoons and cups) to big-time appliances that really say congratulations (hello, Vitamix). No matter what you get them, one thing’s for sure: They’re definitely going to appreciate them when they get hungry in their new apartment.
